What are the payment options?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
What materials can be engraved?
Wood, acrylic, glass, stone, ceramic, leather & certain faux leathers, coated metals (tumblers, etc.), cardboard, cardstock, and other heavy weight paper.
What materials can be cut?
Wood (certain composition & depth), acrylic, denim & fabrics, leather & certain faux leathers, cardboard, cardstock, photo paper, and other heavy weight paper.
Can metal be marked with your laser?
Bare metals cannot be marked directly with a CO2 laser. The metal must be already coated (such as the colored tumblers), or a special coating must be applied before running it though the laser.
Are materials or items from customers accepted for personalization?
No. The nature of laser CNC engraving makes it very difficult to guarantee a successful engraving on un-tested material. Differences in each material, coating, color, composition, etc. impact the outcome of engraving results. We do not want to be responsible for damaged products in the event of unexpected results.
We do not accept customer provided materials because it is imperative to know the composition and finish of any materials going into the laser. Some materials are unsafe due to fumes or chance of combustion.
Do you have a physical retail location?
Not at this time. We are located in Western Colorado. Our products are solely purchased online and shipped from our Cedaredge, CO location.
