RETURNS
Return items must be in good, re-sellable condition with original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returns are NOT accepted on personalized custom orders (this includes anything with specific names/initials or images that would make item unable to be re-sold to the general public)

REFUNDS
Refund/replacement is considered for items that are in good condition. Packaging and item must not be damaged or broken upon return to the shop.
Refund/replacement is considered for items damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival to the customer.

Custom orders are welcome, however, we do not accept customer supplied items or materials for personalization.
